Printer scan failure due to ESET nod32

Hi, my printer is only able to scan if my nod32 protection is paused, else my printer would be stuck at 'Connecting to PC'. Is there a way I could configure such that the eset protection doesn't get in the way of things? FYI: No issues with printing and both devices are connected on the same WIFI.

Let us know if pausing the firewall or network protection in the advanced setup resolves the issue. You might need to run the Firewall troubleshooting wizard and allow the desired connection.
