My previous License Key not working...

Hello! I was a user of ESET Internet Security. I had to uninstall it and reinstall, I saved my previous License Key and the name of my account.

While installing it again. I was about to write it, but, it says: "The License Key you entered is not correct. Please check the spelling."

And I don't remember what is my username and my password. So I don't know what do now...

I was able to find only a trial license registered with your forum email address. The license key commences with "EKB5" and ends with "4VXC", ie. EKB5-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4VXC.
