Bluetooth device control (ESET Protect 8.01258)

Hi everyone,

I'm an IT support in my company and just trying to block bluetooth devices in case of unsecure file transfer.

However, bluetooth keyboard and mouse doesn't work anymore.

So the problem is like below:

1. Allowing bluetooth device for specific user does not work (user list edit button greyed out).

2. adding the user to super user (allow all devices) doesn't work. still showing bluetooth being blocked.

3. the bluetooth module itself seems not blocked but other supporting parts are blocked (image uploaded)

 

Is there a way to do what I wanted?

Or there is only two options: block everything or allow everything
