I am trying to source some answers for using the Spam options and am not finding much if anything related. Not the back end for Admin setting but for end users working within Outlook. You can mark a message as spam or not spam if the classification is inaccurate. You can also blacklist or whitelist particular email addresses. Adam Edw 0 Posted November 8, 2022 Author Share Posted November 8, 2022 Thank you for responding Marcos, I know there is not much to it, but I am trying to explain it and I myself am not 100% on the differences between the Spam/Not Spam and the Spam Addresses& Trusted Addresses side. I was looking for a KB or article to explain those options, as well as all the options in the dropdown so I can more accurately educate myself, and explain these options to others.
