LaBrae Tech Coord 0 Posted September 6, 2022 Posted September 6, 2022 ESET Endpoint Antivirus 9.1.2057.0 along with ESET Management Agent 9.1.1298.0 has a rollover for the countdown to restart if the computer is sleeping or hibernating when zero is reached. This condition should be checked to prevent rollover and perhaps initiate a immediate restart if the timer has exceeded the time in the countdown to restart. Example: I schedule the computer to restart after so many days or hours. I check the computer much later and see a alert from ESET Endpoint Antivirus says: Device restart Save your documents to ensure you don't lose your work, and restart you computer. Your computer will restart in 1,158,050,440 days and 2 hours.

LaBrae Tech Coord 0 Posted September 7, 2022 Author Posted September 7, 2022 Thanks. Is there a known issue list or web page I can refer to to avoid reporting on known issues? I looked, but did not see it listed in https://support.eset.com/en/kb6927-known-issues-for-latest-versions-eset-business-products
Administrators Marcos 5,736 Posted September 7, 2022 Administrators Posted September 7, 2022 No, there's no public list of known issues. I enclosed the bug ID in my previous reply for reference.
