ESET Staff CB530 70 Posted October 2, 2014 ESET Staff Share Posted October 2, 2014 Hi fidelius, French Canadian is a language option that is offered for North American versions of the program and it uses the French language more commonly used by French Canadians, who often prefer to coin a new term in the French language as opposed to adopting a term that is not derived from French. For example, in France we see adoption of the term "email", but French Canadians prefer the term "courriel". I am by no means an expert and there are other more nuanced differences in the languages, but hopefully this answers your question.
