ajmRyde 0 Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 Hello all, I work in a school setting and we have been having multiple machines pop up over time saying "Network event Blocked, Duplicate IP addresses on network" (as attached) About 1 in 5 of these pop ups actually appear in the detections part of the web console, and they always say that the object responsible is the IP address of two of our cctv cameras. While they are on the same network there shouldn't be any reason for desktops and the cameras to be interacting as the cameras are outside of the scope. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated as it is not causing any issues but we cant turn pop ups off as that could lead to other issues going unseen and these ones cause unnecessary worry/confusion amongst the staff. Thanks in advance.

ajmRyde 0 Posted July 21, 2022 Author Posted July 21, 2022 Hi Marcos, There doesn't seem to be any list of mac addresses, but it is entirely possible I am looking in the wrong place. Would you be able to let me know where I can access these?
Administrators Marcos 5,455 Posted July 21, 2022 Administrators Posted July 21, 2022 Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector so that I can have a look.
