Where do I find the agent for SECURITY MANAGEMENT CENTER

Hallo can you please tell me where I can find the agent for the SECURITY MANAGEMENT CENTER?

 

On the website I can only find the agent for:

- Windows 10 on ARM (64-bit)
- Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Server 2008 (32 bit)

but I need Win 10 x64

Please use the version for Windows 11. It's just that Windows 10 is missing in the list.
