Machine not showing in the console

We have issue on server installer when we install Eset in the server but ts is not showing on Eset management console and i have check all installer working fine like update password policy etc. but Server not showing on  management console

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log for possible errors. You can upload a screenshot of status.html with sensitive info blurred here.

Thanks I got the issue, it is from Firewall port block and I have enable now it is working fine
