Email alerts and notifications new variables

Hi,

We want to add new variables to Email alerts and notifications variables, for example in case of infected file we get an email alert but in the variables there is no option to add IP of the pc that was infected . we would like to add the IP to the alerts , is it possible in some way ? development?

Currently it's not possible, however, you can add your wish here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/14259-future-changes-to-eset-endpoint-programs. I recollect that some users have already mentioned it there, however.
