Addresses are blocked when using the Tor browser

When you start the Tor browser and turn on automatic connection to the Tor network, eset nod 32 always blocks some addresses (different each time), sometimes the same thing happens when searching through the search engine in the Tor browser, why does nod32 block these addresses?

The IP address has been blocked for years. We've unblocked it already.
