Unable to update Current software from v 13,2,18.0

I am running a windows 10 Pro OS that has been dormant for a time but still have valid license. I am unable to update Eset Security software from v 13,2,18.0 to current.

Does clearing update cache in the advanced update setup make a difference? If not, you can still download the online installer and install it on top of the existing version or uninstall v13 and install v15.1 from scratch.
