Mr.Gains 4
According to my colleague, the report I created is showing incorrect OS version of the client machines. I thought that information will update when the machine checks in the console, or maybe I'm wrong? If I'm wrong, is there a way to enforce update of the client machine's information or how often will it update itself? Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted February 5, 2022 Administrators Share Posted February 5, 2022 I recall this information is determined by the managing agent once a day. @MartinK will correct me if I'm wrong.
ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted February 7, 2022 ESET Staff Share Posted February 7, 2022 I would recommend to double-check that WMI works properly on such device, as OS information should indeed update itself automatically after some time, or when change is detected. Mr.Gains 4
Thank you guys. It turns out the machines were updated very recently and didn't check back in the console, or users giving us the incorrect machine information for a different machine.
