Product update doesn´t stop

Hello,

 

if I start my computer the update routine of ESET starts, but it never stops. At all other computers it runs properly. I can´t clean the cache. The only possebility is, to stop the update manually. I habe deinstalled ESET and installed it new, but the problem is still existing. What can I do?

Do you mean that the update panel keeps showing "Product update in progress" forever? Anyways, this Quick questions subforum is not meant for reporting issues. For this use the standard procedure and create a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. You can also sign up for this forum, re-post in the appropriate product subforum and provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.
