There are 7 active licenses, each for 5 computers registered with your email address. This is not typical for home users. I'd recommend contacting ESET Australia, the issuer of your licenses, and asking them to merge them into one business license and extend it by the desired period. Please provide a screenshot (without your license key or with the key blurred) as well as your public license id in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.
