Activation problem

Hi all! The key for 2022 has been updated, some PCs that are controlled via ESET Protect cannot be activated, task failed in the security product writes in the task status. On the protect nat ip server, what could be the problem?

What error do you get if you activate Endpoint locally? Also please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

The license is valid. What error do you get when you attempt to activate Endpoint locally?

These PCs are located in different cities, you will need to ask them to check

Please do so or remote in and try yourself. Alternatively you can enable advanced licensing logging from ESET PROTECT, then run an activation task and collect diagnostic logs to find out what error was returned.
