Hello, I’m new here so please bear with me.  I have used ESET products on my PCs for years and have been nothing but satisfied. However over the last 3-4 weeks ESET has decided that all internet is bad and thoroughly blocked all access.  I contacted customer support through their live chat and was able to solve the problem simply by uninstalling and reinstalling the program. However it has now happened again. After using the live chat feature again I was instructed to uninstall. Except this time my internet never returned and my live chat froze and disconnected(on my iPhone) though I never lost Wi-Fi.  I am now thoroughly stuck. Has any one else experienced something similar? Any pointers?

Does pausing the firewall make a difference? If so, what about resetting program settings to defaults?
