Recover a deleted folder from an encrypted folder

I have deleted a folder in an encrypted folder by accident.  It has not appeared in my recycle bin  It is imperative that I recover it  Pleaser can you advise? Endpoint encryption 5.1.1.14 standard edition perpetual licence.
