True interactive Mode

At this point I'm totally frustrated with Eset Smart Security, It use to allow me the ability to Set the firewall in interactive mode, send me the question of allowance or denial for a connection! Worked great but during the last year or maybe 18 months this Interactive mode seems to have been diminished to just a meaning less word! The program is set for Interactive mode for the firewall but acts like it's not even there, I no longer get my option for denial or allowance, it happens behind the scenes and often int he wrong direction causing all kinds of havoc with windows updates to installing a new program! I've read until my eyes are bleeding and dam tired of it too! I started using Eset Smart Security back on Eset 2 and it worked great But I will not be renewing my subscriptions unless this Interactive mode is restored.

No changes have been made to the firewall for ages in terms of how interactive mode works. To start off, you can provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector for a review of your program configuration.
