Error installing updates via console

when I try to do a console update it says I don't have the software in the repository, I would like to know how and that I can overcome this problem

Are you attempting to create a software install task to upgrade Endpoint to the latest version 8.1.2037? If so, have you tried rebooting the server where ESET PROTECT is installed to enforce download of the repository content? Does the server connect directly to the Internet or through a proxy? Is it behind a firewall? Did it work before?
