Guest Charles Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Hi, please help me with a technical issue. I have limited knowledge. Eset keeps notifying me on my PC that LiveGrid can't be reached. This is intermittent; off and on all day. When I investigate, I'm told it's a porting issue and something to do with a third party firewall. Not sure what this means. Possibly, my VPN is interfering in some way. I don't feel confident enough to address the porting issue without help. Thanks.

Also provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector as follows: - enable advanced antispam logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics - reproduce the issue - disable logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
