Installation Failure 6.10.700 on macOs 11.5.2 (Big Sur)

Hi,

I'm trying to install 6.10.700 on macOS 11.5.2 (Big Sur) but having no such luck.

Things I already tried:

• I have uninstalled all previous versions of ESET Cyber Security Pro
• Disabled FileVault
• Disabled Firewall

I wish I could provide more info but all I get from the installer is this message:

The installation failed.

The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

Any tips on how to diagnose?

Please collect logs as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404 and open a support ticket with your local ESET technical support.

I have the same problem. I can install version 6.10.700 on a macOS version 11.5.1. But when I update to version 11.5.2 the ESET Firewall stays in Starting mode and the ESET Network Protection Proxy not start. Therefore all network connections are blocked.
