ESET Staff IggyPop 20 Posted November 4, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted November 4, 2021 Hi Jeroen, On-premises administrators must ensure that their firewall and network settings allow the DEM Kaseya plug-in to reach their Kaseya server on port 443. The DEM Kaseya plug-in server IP address is 40.118.201.244. Please find attached documentation link for this case.
