The update is copied from the mirror folder of another server to the mirror folder path of this antivirus.

Does deleting C:\ESET Update\update_stats_* files make a difference?

Once deleted, it is re-created and updated again

How do you copy files to c:\ESET update?

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
- run update
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
