Then when I checked in the control settings, only the ESET Management Agent got updated to 8.1.1223.0. The ESET PRotect server is still 8.0.1238.0. Do I have to run the update product again via Help then it should update the protect server or need to execute it in Task\ESET Protect\ESET PROTECT Components Upgrade? Also is the ESET PROTECT server version 8.1 a required update? Even if Protect Server ver is 8.0 and client computers is 8.1 should be ok? Thanks! However, when you have executed "upgrade" via the help menu popup, it should have updated also the server, so I would check the task execution, for possible errors.
