When are uPCU updates coming?

Just wondering when uPCU updates are coming? I know there has been talk of this happening soon for ages. A firm date would be nice to have.

Also will this include the management agent too?

uPCU should be enabled for Endpoint 8.0 as far as i understand, but it is first when Endpoint 8.1 is released there will be anyhting to upgrade to?
