Problem with unistalling eset

Good day, first of all i'm not sure if this is the right section so i apologize in advance in case this is not the right one, i can register and post in the right section.
My issue for the time being is that i can't seem to unistall eset security from my computer  i get the following error " There's a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contract your support personnel or package vendor."

 

I've been looking through the web a bit and i haven't found a way to fix this, is there something i'm missing?

Try running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode.
