Computers are not recognised in Eset Protect

Some of our clients, which actually have the latest software and management client installed, are not recognised in Eset Protect.

A new installation did not bring any relief either. Can anyone tell me what to do here?

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors. You can also post status.html here.

To quickly fix connection issues, generate a fresh agent live installer and re-deploy it on the troublesome client(s).
