Administrators Marcos 5,274 Posted April 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted April 27, 2021 Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors. You can also post status.html here. To quickly fix connection issues, generate a fresh agent live installer and re-deploy it on the troublesome client(s).
