ESET Mail Security Weekly Scan

To all experts,

We recently just installed EMS (ESET Mail Security) and would like to setup the weekly scan. In creating the Scheduled Task, it asks for the Target. Should I select all (Memory, EUFI boot, and partitions)? Will it affecting the Exchange operational?

I realised EMS has Auto Exclusions. Will it automatically excludes the folders according to Microsoft when it run the Scheduled Scan if i chose all partitions? 

I have the Mailbox and log on separate partitions.

Can anyone advise?

Excluded folders and files are not scanned by the on-demand scanner unless you explicitly select to ignore exclusions.
