Hi, we are ESET partners and resellers from the UK.

We have been running a promotion for a few weeks now,  half price Internet security and have created many new customers for ESET with 30% moving from Symantec to ESET.

My question is,  when we process a new customer its fine, they get the offer and we can look after them for years to come as they are registered on our ESET portal, however for renewals,  clients who purchased from ESET direct last year at £39.99  now want our promotion offer at £22.49 so which is the best way to process it.

Our promotion also offers an extra device for 99p but I cant do this through my convert section, is this an enlarge?

Do i need to move there license info to our portal, then renew them first on our promotion offer, then upgrade them with an extra seat?

Since this is a very specific business / sales query, I would recommend contacting ESET UK and discussing the matter with them directly.
