Rodol 0 Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 I just opened a company account and added several licenses. But with 2 licenses, when I enter the key it shows the following screen. "The license xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx is managed in ESET License Administrator. In order to manage it in ESET Enterprise account, you need to migrate and deactivate it in ESET License Administrator. Please enter your license owner password to verify your ownership and finish the migration to ESET Business Account." I enter the correct 10 character password, but it says it is invalid, I requested a password change from ESET and they changed it for me and I still can't log in. What am I supposed to do? ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted April 12, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted April 12, 2021 When you have attempted to enter the license into EBA, you should have added the "ELA password" which should have been delivered to you, when you have ordered the license, and you should have used for adding it into ELA (or to login into ELA). You can send me the license in a private message (public license ID, format XXX-XXX-XXX) and I will try to investigate on our side, and try to suggest next steps).
