ESET protect web security slows internal site down

We have an internal website which runs on http only, since upgrading ESET the site now takes ages to load. Disabling the http and https filtering stops the slow issue however adding the internal address makes no difference.

 

The site uses Java which has also been excluded for testing. I did raise this with ESET support of which they hadn't been very helpful.

 

So at present the web security is disabled

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced network and protocol filtering logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics
- launch a browser and reproduce the issue
- stop logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
