In all-in-one installer button for offline cache download don't clickable. Online download always aborted, because after delay installer closed abnormally.

I suspect you are having issues with Internet connectivity in regards to larger file downloads.

Eset on-line installer does download additional files to complete the installation.

If the Eset off-line installer won't start to execute, it would be indicative of an incomplete download. For starters, verify that the off-line file size downloaded matches that shown on the Eset off-line download web page per the below screen shot:
