transfer anti-virus

i have a new computer and want to transfer my anti-virus.

Uninstall ESET from the former computer and install it on the new one. If the computer doesn't boot or cannot be connected to the Internet during uninstallation, free up the seat via the license manager at my.eset.com.

I just tranferred my ESET to a new laptop need I delete from my old one or can I leave it on or if I sell it can I leave it on because it expires in June and the new owner may renew ?
