kibolbugs43 0
I only got this problem in the last 12 hours. Don't know what caused it. It was fine before. I need to forced turn off my computer since I can't do anything with it. How to fix this? Please note that when I turn on the computer, it will immediately start the process. I can't even open ESET itself to tweak the setting or whatnot.
Administrators Marcos 4,693 Posted November 26, 2020 Administrators Share Posted November 26, 2020 Please carry on as follows: - in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics enable advanced operating system logging - reproduce the issue - stop logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector - upload the generated archive to a safe location and drop me a personal message with a download link.
