What is Win32/Wacapew.C!ml

Hello Windows Defender detected a threat called Win32/Wacapew.C!ml. I find nothing about it in the internet. Is this a serious thing or is that nothing?

Please report the file to Microsoft and to samples[at]eset.com.

It can be anything, I've found this detection to be triggered both on executable and Java files. Also all these digitally signed files by mail.ru were detected by MS:

hello i tried to attach the file in my mail software but then i magically disappeared
