Hi i am trying to get my password reset and have requested a re set several times but i dont get any thing and your website dose not haver the ability to email you. can i get a contact email address

Do you mean the password for protecting settings? If so, select Restore password and you will be provided with the following options how to do it. Which one did you select? Did you select "Contact technical support" and filled in the form that opened in a browser?
