Not able to install

Hi ESET team!

I got a project from my boss. My environment is inside AZURE. I have a virtualized domain controller that server 2016 with one Windows 10 client. I am unable to get our companies standalone installer installed on my W10 image. We use Cloud Administrator, I am using the installer that is available in our dashboard. Please any insight or direction on my errors would be great. It seems I get an error [2020.10.13 20:09:17] BTS dbg  Setting property "bts.token.error" to value "20002".

The error code 20002 means HTTP_HOST_NOT_FOUND. Is there a firewall installed on the virtual machine that could possibly block outbound communication?
