Dear Support,

I bought a renewal of my old license on the official RU website. But I cannot activate my new license because I don't have my EAV number.

I really want a refund of my payment

You don't have to do anything after purchasing a renewal. The "EAV-" number is not used anymore; you just use a license key to activate the product after installation. After renewing your license the license key remains same and the expiration date will be updated  automatically on ESET's back-end. Please make sure that you have the latest ESET's product v13.2 installed.
