Hi All,

How can I be sure that a email arriving in the exchange mailbox has been scanned by EMSX? If your answer is "X-ESET header", second question is "If this tag is missing in the header, does it mean it has not been scanned for sure?" Thank you.

Hi,

yes, by default Mail Transport protection adds X-Eset... headers to all scanned emails, unless it's turned off in settings. So if  headers are missing, it's better to check why (settings, logs, topology, ...).
