how to update module from esmc

Hi,

our server stop updating its module since we turnoff internet from it. how to config esmc so all products take update from ESMC. also not sure that esmc is updating and saving files in share.

The ESMC server doesn't perform mirroring update files at all. You can:
1, use an http proxy to cache update files (recommended; enables client to receive streamed updates and the total size of downloaded update files is relatively small)

2, use the mirror tool to mirror update files and possibly repository as well (streamed updates are not possible, the total size of downloaded files on a daily basis is quite big)

our servers doesnot have internet, only esmc server has internet. so how it is going to update ? if endpoint cannot update from ESMC what is the point of management server.

what is http proxy ? is it as shown below. its configured. but servers endpoint module are not updating. kindly assist what are the things need to check .

Is a proxy server actually installed and running on 192.168.13.5?

You can use any proxy server or use Apache HTTP proxy which can be downloaded as a stand-alone installer or as a part of the All-in-one installer from https://www.eset.com/int/business/security-management-center/download/#standalone

Did you install ESMC on a Windows or Linux server? Or you deployed a virtual appliance on a hypervisor?

192.168.13.5 is the server where ESMC installed.

You have configured the program to connect through a proxy server. That said, a proxy must be installed on 192.168.13.5 or the setting to use proxy must be disabled for direct connection to the Internet.
