Eset not opening

 I had installed Eset internet security . All of a sudden one day when i look at the computer eset wasnt there. it was somehow uninstalled by a malware. I only use my PC . No one else has access to my pc nor to my place where my pc is. Please clarify how the PC was affected with malware when I had installed the Eset. Now When i try to reinstall it says. "Installation failed. A malware is preventing the installation" or something. I also did Eset online scan. it detected some 84 malware and cleared it but yet i cant reinstall Eset. Please help at the earliest possible

I'd start off by checking what ESET  files you have on the disk and what services are running. Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.
