Installation issues

Hi, i have bought ESET Smart security Premium and ESET NOD32 Antivirus in 2019, I have installed the NOD 32 first and then the Smart Security. Only to learn every time i want to install the Smart Security it says it is already installed. Please advise.

You can upgrade from EAV to ESSP via the product. Activate the product with the ESSP license, then Select Help and support -> Change product and select ESET Smart Security Premium. Alternatively you can uninstall EAV, reboot the machine and install ESSP from scratch.
