Michardon 0 Posted July 15, 2020 Posted July 15, 2020 Hi, i have bought ESET Smart security Premium and ESET NOD32 Antivirus in 2019, I have installed the NOD 32 first and then the Smart Security. Only to learn every time i want to install the Smart Security it says it is already installed. Please advise.

Activate the product with the ESSP license, then Select Help and support -> Change product and select ESET Smart Security Premium. Alternatively you can uninstall EAV, reboot the machine and install ESSP from scratch.
