eset.user.new 0
Hello, I have tried to contact your support team at samples@eset.com several times about Eset detection falsely our product as PUA (a variant of Win32/RBPlus.A). it blocks our software and our webpage. Unfortunately, I haven't got a response for the past couple of weeks. I followed all the directions described on hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN141, but still haven't got any response from your side. (also sent some emails from several different email accounts, but still nothing). I would appreciate your prompt response, as this issue hurts our product and business. Thanks again, Josh
Administrators Marcos 5,392 Posted May 8, 2014 Administrators Share Posted May 8, 2014 This is not a false positive but a correct detection of a potentially unwanted application (PUA). Detection of PUA is optional and it's at users' discretion if they want to have this kind of applications detected or not. Having said that and given that this is not a communication channel for disputing PUA detection, we'll draw this topic to a close.
