anyone? please i really need your help.!!! just answer why it is PUA.

Thank you for your replies. Still no one is answering to my question, why we are considered as PUA. Arakasi,Swex, and Eset: [-] Last year we had inside our application a lot of banners and advertisements! We removed them all! [-] We do not have any toolbar, or any system changing!! [-] We doing our best to be clean!!! I followed this `antispyware` document, and we are following everything there. Can't you just give information from Eset, why our application (and site) are being detected as PUA. I will FIX anything they want (we already removed all ads and banners). Thank you for understanding our business.

Which malware did you get?? It all detected as PUA - pottentially unwanted application. We never had any malware!!! We doing all to be clean always And without any problem. More than taht, We are clean regarding all AVs! Thanks.

Arakasi, Thanks for your reply. If you look on my first message, i already send a lot of emails according to the guidelines, but NO-ONE from Eset answered for more than 1 month. Please help how to proceed. Eset suppose to be a big company that answers to customer's emails. Thanks in advance!!!

Marcos, you just reply with: This is not a false positive but a correct detection of a potentially unwanted application (PUA). I wanted to write back, but you closed the topic. We are being detected as PUA because we had advertises inside our application. We REMOVED all ads from inside it, in order to not be classify as adware application. in this case, I would ask Eset, to re-analyze our software in order to clean this false detection. But the question is, How can i know why this detection happens. and more than that, they also blocking our software file, with: a variant of Win32 / RBPlus.A is it means also PUA ? where I can find at least details for the problem?? This web page is on the list of websites with dubious reputation or websites with potentially unwanted content. My question is, where can get more information and why this detections happens (BOTH DETECTIONS). I posted on `Malware Finding and Cleaning` but moderator closed the topic with showing some kind of review on our site. (how can it be that ESET base its data on review ?!) Thanks
