vijayObserve 0
While checking the bandwidth issue got to know that esets_proxy process consuming a lot of bandwidth and reason for some packet drop. So wanted to kill this process but not able to kill it. Force quit not working for this process.
Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted June 11, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 11, 2020 It's the process responsible for filtering http traffic, hence it may appear that it consumed a lot of traffic.

Administrators Marcos 4,909 Posted June 11, 2020 Administrators Share Posted June 11, 2020 If the process is causing performance issues on your machine, I'd recommend collecting logs as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404-use-eset-logcollector-on-macos-and-send-the-logs-to-eset-technical-support and opening a ticket with your local ESET support for further troubleshooting. They may also provide you with the latest not yet released version of the product for a test.
