Shop not working

I want to order eset internet security 2 years for 5 devices.

But the shop isn't working. After i type in my name it just keeps loading

This happens on all browser and devices. I also tried a different network.

I am from Germany.

Did you click "Jetzt kaufen" on www.eset.com/de ? For me it works and a website of the e-shop opened. In case of issues, I'd recommend contacting ESET DE.

My cart is always empty. I will wait a few hours and see if it works.

It may depend on the browser. I'd recommend using a desktop machine for purchasing desktop products.

I also had this problem on desktop. Today it worked and i got the 2 years license.
