Oyashiro 0
When I start apps with network access for the first time (either after reboot or after updating them) ekrn.exe starts using around 12.5% of CPU with I/O read rate of 30-50 MB/s for some time. It returns to normal after it reads 5-10 GB (presumably from RAM). During that time the started app has no access to network and it may also casue connection delays in other already started apps.
