Instant block not working

I am trying the parental control app and the instant block does nothing and reverts back when I reload the page for the child.

I would recommend opening a support ticket via the built-in form so that logs are submitted to customer care for perusal. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible since it's not clear what exactly you did.
