problem with protection file system real time

Hellò , i have a  problem with real time file system protection, it doesn't works, i'm unable to change the switch position on  check  PC in real time.

After the install every things works fine, then it bercome red and i can do nothing.

My PC has Win 10 home 1909 install and i have Eset internet security 13.1.16.0 valid until 25/03/2021  last update 02/04/20

I have send the system report e use the assistent form from eset internet security. but at the moment nothing 

Anyone have an idea how to solve it?

Please provide:

1, logs collected with ESET Log Collector
2, a Procmon boot log created as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb6308-using-process-monitor-to-create-log-files

Unfortunately this is not a boot log but a standard Procmon log. Please create a boot log as per the KB article.

Ok i'm sorry. 

Today  the assistence answer to my email and write me  to do an repair, option from menù inside the app, but after a boot  the situation remain the same. 

This evening I take the decision : delete the program from install,  when finish i do a boot , than i check the registry with cCleaner. 
I make a start boot again. After download again the product from the site and activeted the code of  licence,  I do a new scan and every thing is working fine.

Of course if it become necessary again I follow your procedure. Many thanks for your good and fast support.
